Variations may occur due to: ingredient brands, natural variations in fresh foods, ingredient substitutions, serving sizes, recipe adjustments, and more. Sweet Dish Box is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use of any recipes or suggestions herein or procedures undertaken hereafter.

The failure of Sweet Dish Box to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
